Job Title: Town Planning Director

Location: London, UK

Salary: £85k - £95k

We are assisting a leading private consultancy in London who are looking to grow their planning and take on an additional director to come in as a fee earner and grow the company even further - must have a client base to bring along!

They offer hybrid working and a half yearly bonus scheme with all members of the company becoming share holders from day one!  

Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.
·Lead project teams from inception to completion.
·Build and maintain client relationships.
·Mentor and develop the more junior team members.
·Ensure compliance with planning regulations.
Qualifications:
·Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
·Experience of fee earning
·RTPI Chartered Membership (highly desirable).
