My client has a need for an experienced Town Planning Professional with managerial experience within an LPA Development Management department.
 
The role is to assist staff to manage current high caseloads, assist in issuing decisions and fronting the DM Service with members and stakeholders.
 
Ideally you will have recent experience presenting applications at committee and previous appeals experience.
 
At present the council is requesting management to be present in the office for 3 days per week, and this is non-negotiable.
 
My client is looking for a start date at the end of January/beginning of February but may be able to wait for the right candidate.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
