Carrington West are looking to secure a talented and experienced interim consultant for our Local Authority client based on the South Coast to work as the Development Lead for the Regeneration Department reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
 
Key Accountabilities:
·         To provide outstanding and effective leadership to the Council in the development, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement to the regeneration strategy for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the council conurbation.
·         To be part of the Council's Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
·         Act as the authority's lead officer for planning the regeneration strategy and development of the most appropriate regeneration vehicle to ensure the best possible services and outcomes for the people of district.
 
This role is offered at £600-750 per day
 
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - Role is likely to last from 3 to 6 months
