Electrical Project Engineer
 
My client are looking for a Electrical Project Engineer to support their growing business. You will work on a national fibre exchange network, providing both on site and remote technical support to underpin the successful delivery of projects across a number of high profile contracts.  
As part of the role, you will be:
·Planned Preventative Maintenance, planning, organising and supervising.
·Mechanical & Electrical fault triage, investigation and continuous improvement.
·Incident management and incident reporting
·Supplier & Spares Management.
·Customer liaison. 
·Site visits, including quality assurance checks.
The following skills/experience are essential:
 
·Electrical & Mechanical practical experience in a telecoms environment,
·Power management and network operations experience
·Experience in managing all power related issues (UPS, Generator, Aircon, Fire Alarm, Access control systems) using alarms/telemetry software & fault management applications.
·Experience of monitoring M&E plant infrastructure problems from generated alarms with the ability to compare and analyse sources of information to determine next steps. 
·Management of real time PPM & reactive works.
·Core knowledge of application of Electricity Supply standards, regulations and policies.
·Core knowledge in Mechanical engineering principles, technology, systems and their applications.
·18th Edition Qualified (desirable)
