Our Client a principal contractor within the Rail industry are looking for a CRE Construction with Buildings background to work on Rail based projects within the Anglia region.

They are willing to pay £65-70k salary plus benefits including a car allowance for the right candidate.

Required
·Experience working with a Tier 1 Rail Contractor
·Knowledge and understanding of Network Rail
·5+ years' experience working as a CRE
·Minimum 3 years rail experience ideally more
·In-depth knowledge and experience of Buildings within the Rail industry

Role
·Working on a long term CP6 framework
·50% office based in Stratford 50% site based within the Anglia region
·Major Civils experienced will be helpful
·Mainly focusing on a large station job in London
·Full lifecycle position, liaising with the design team initially then seeing the project through delivery
