What we need:
Carrington West are pleased to be assisting our client, a Highway maintenance and surfacing contractor in Essex, to find an experienced and available Contracts Manager.

What you will do:
Assisting with the mobilisation, dealing with company relationships and contracts and overseeing staff like supervisors, site managers and operatives.
What you will need to succeed:
You will be a strategic and innovative thinker, ideally with strong pre-existing project management and supervision skills. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risk and resolve complex problems. More importantly, you can build partnerships and establish strong working relationships for the business.
You will be articulate, persuasive and influential - a skilled negotiator who can explain complex issues and be a credible representative for the business - but it's your drive, expertise and communication skills that will make you stand out from the crowd.

What you will get in return:
The role is a permanent position to join the business full time. It is paying up to £70,000 + full company benefits.
