Immediate requirement for a Contracts Manager to work with a fast paced, expanding highways contractor on a range of schemes and projects in the London area.
 
As the successful Contracts Manager you will have experience with overseeing a portfolio of projects and schemes for a region or London Borough on the contract delivery side.
 
Experience within highways engineering, construction or project management within the highways sector would be required for this role.
 
You will be a strong communicator, having to liaise with clients, stakeholders, in house work force and sub-contractors for projects.
 
Within the role you will also be required to understand how to deliver projects on time, in line with budgets and to a high level of health and safety on site.
 
You will have Project Managers, Supervisors, Agents reporting into you when delivering these projects too.
