I am seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading rail principle contractor on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a billion pound metro extension project.
 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45-55k DOE + £6k car allowance

Requirements:
·PTS
·SMSTS / CSCS/
·Good knowledge and understanding of track standards, processes and procedures
·Experience with delivering S&C, plain line track renewals / refurbishments / track maintenance works; safely, on time and on budget.
·Knowledge on safety, quality and environmental procedures.
·Knowledge on commercial and financial procedures
·Experience with working in a Depot desirable
·A HND or be Degree educated in a related subject (Civils, Construction)
