My client is a fast-growing ISP with huge opportunities for skilled and hard-working supervisors with a background in civils within the fibre. The successful applicant will have experience leading civils operatives and reporting back to their project manager, whilst ensuring the highest quality work.  
 
As a Civils Supervisor, you will be assisting the project manager by talking to and guiding gangs of civils operatives across Hampshire to work at a high quality whilst maintaining health and safety and keeping to delivery targets. Your key focus will be to look after and manage civils works across this fibre build in Portsmouth and surrounding areas, however, there may be some flexibility in this role requiring slightly further travel or guidance across the fibre portion of the build.
 
As a successful applicant, you will receive all training, tools, and management required to settle into your new role. You will also receive either a car allowance or a company vehicle.
 
Key Essentials:
·As Civils Supervisor you will report directly to your project manager and will be responsible for overseeing a number of civil operatives across multiple builds.
·Ensure all staff under supervision are fully trained, and have been correctly inducted
·Monitor streetwork permits and liaise with Local authorities and the public in a professional manner
·You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus as well as ensuring all traffic management meets NRSWA criteria
·You will have a valid NRSWA supervisor qualification or be willing to go through the training
·Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the network build
 
Requirements:
·Experienced civils supervisor with good knowledge of managing high volume telecoms works
·NRSWA accreditation with knowledge of NRSWA act
·Previous experience working with multiple gangs of civils engineers across multiple disciplines
·Full driving licence
