Role: Civil estimator (water)
Rate: £400-£500 per day (based on experience)
Duration: 12 months+
Location: Ideally the Lancashire area or as close as possible

Do you also have experience with the software "Candy"?

Then this long term contract role may be right for you.

My client is a World Leading build & design engineering company and they are looking to appoint, on a freelance basis, a civil estimator for their successful civil engineering division. Based out of their Offices in Lancashire with the option of remote working on a flexible basis, you will be focussing on a number of civil engineering projects in the Water Sector.

Ideal candidates will be competent in the use of "candy" software and have worked on or a part of a team working on water sector projects, including sewage treatment plants, and waste water projects in general. Heavy civils experience is key to this role and candidates with a strong civil bias will be desirable.

You will be responsible for producing estimates for Water Infrastructure related projects which will include but are not limited to:

- Service diversions
- Securing the site
- Piling
- Major earthworks
- Drainage
- Reinforced concrete
- Temporary works
