Do you have experience working on civil/structural schemes?

Are you an experienced Rail CEM?

My client is a European engineering company that is growing their presence in the UK. They are currently looking a Contractor's Engineering Manager (CEM) to join their team to provide technical leadership for Network Rail or third party rail companies, and will involve managing multidisciplinary design team CREs.

Location: Hybrid working, with travel to Bristol/Cardiff, London and Birmingham.
Salary: negotiable, based on experience (this is a permanent role).

Required:

  • Prior experience in CEM role.
  • Have degree or equivalent.
  • Civil and structural engineering design bias
  • Ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • A strong knowledge of Network Rail standards.
  • PTS
  • Knowledge of quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Right to work in UK.
