Building Surveyor - Capital Programmes

Rate: £52 p/h Umbrella
Duration: 6 months
 
We require a  suitably qualified Building Surveyor to deliver and manage work across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidates must have BSc in Building Surveying or an equivalent related qualification and be competent in analysing building defects and have experience in the analysis of client requirements/developing client briefs.
The role holder will have the ability to analyse/challenge the design of others, have experience in use of change control procedures and documentation, and have experience of providing advice on energy use and sustainability.
