I am looking for 3 building surveyors to work on an interim basis with a south London Borough.
Rate: £25 p/h (Umbrella)
Duration: 5 months
37 hours a week
·         The repairs team require three communal repairs technical officers to join a large and dynamic  team.
·         The candidates must be able to travel around the borough (own vehicle mileage paid).
·         The candidates will be inspecting communal areas and estates and raising repairs that need completing within a set patch. Work will be across the borough.
·         Must be able to diagnose repairs issues and manage contractors to see jobs through to completion.
