When? To start as soon as possible on an initial 3 month contract with a possibility of extension.
Who will you be joining? A highly motivated Building Control team in Oxfordshire.
What will you do? Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Conducting technical reviews of building control submissions ·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates ·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors ·Conducting site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place
What do you need? To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·Professionally qualified with chartered status - MRICS MCABE MBEng or equivalent or ·Minimum 3 years' experience in building control ·Clear and demonstratable knowledge of building standards and legislation
