A well established Architecture firm in London is recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their award winning AJ100 Team.
This role has emerged due to several exciting projects needing BIM support. Those who have worked on large-scale mixed-use projects will be favoured in the interviewing process.
 
Responsibilities:
-Required to support project team and implement BIM strategy with your appointed project team.
- Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
- Lead internal BIM collaboration meetings with project team and further members of staff
- Ensure compliance with the BIM execution plans and the practices production standards
- Update the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and supporting documentation
- Support project modelling, model management and troubleshooting software-related issues
- Develop, manage, and maintain project content libraries
- Clash detections and reports
- Monitor BIM deliverables against tight client deadlines
 
 
Experience: 
- architectural background ideal/ must have worked within an Architectural practice
- large project BIM coordination using Autodesk Revit
- project information management in line with ISO19650 and the UK BIM Framework
