I'm currently recruiting for an Associate Director within the Landscape and Urban Design space for a fast growing consultancy.  After huge levels of growth and expansion over the past 2 years, which has led to 2 further offices and a number of high profile project wins, our clients, a multi-disciplinary award winning consultancy, are looking to add a further expand the capabilities across the UK.
 
The successful candidate will currently be in a similar role and ideally have at least 12 + years' experience in Landscape & Urban Design and substantial experience delivering public realm projects in the UK.  As the Associate Director you will  contribute to and support the growth trajectory of the business.  
  
The Ideal Candidate
·Degree in Landscape Architecture and/or Urban Design
·Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (highly recommended)
·Strong multidisciplinary knowledge (e.g. Engineering, Traffic, Lighting, etc)
·Demonstrable experienced in UK public realm delivery in both local authority and private sector
·Wide range of skills and projects including town centre regeneration, streetscape, green infrastructure and parks
·Forward-thinking
·Team player and people-focused
·Team leader
·Strong client management skills
·Strong commercial skills
