My client is looking for an Assistant Examiner to support the examination of structures and report on their condition; this will be in a Rail environment. The role will assist with detailed examinations of structures and buildings, along with recording and reporting on findings of examinations. They will act as Bridge Strike Nominee.

Day Rate: £260 - £287 per day Umbrella
Where: Manchester. The role will be part working from home with 2-3 days per week travelling to sites in and around Manchester. A vehicle is provided and will be taken home to be used only for work purposes.
Contract length: 6 months.

Required:

• Track knowledge
• Trainee examiner/inspector
• Driving licence
• PTS
• STE4 or working towards
• Engineering background
• Able to complete technical drawings
