Assistant Site Manager-West Sussex
 
Do you have experience working on Timber frame housing sites?
 
Taking units from roof through to finish and getting CML's?
 
My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager, ideally with a finishing background to take units through to completion and handover.
 
This will be the main focus as well as other day to day Assistant Site Managerial tasks.
 
With a full order book there is plenty of opportunity to step up to a number 1 in the very near future.  
 
You will need
 
·Timber Frame Experience
·Experience working with NHBC inspectors
·2 years' with the same house builder  
·Full UK driving licence
