Salary: £36,857.50 to £43,355
Location: Birmingham, in office 3 days per week. Occasional travel required

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing counter-fraud team supporting complex, high-value investigations across the construction and supply chain environment. You’ll work alongside experienced investigators, helping to identify fraud risks, gather evidence, interview witnesses and drive continuous improvement. The team is expanding, offering excellent scope for learning and development.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience supporting or conducting fraud, ethics or compliance investigations.
- Strong organisational skills and analytical thinking.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of counter-fraud frameworks or open-source research techniques.
- Working towards or holding a counter-fraud qualification (CFE, ACFS, GCFP).
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure or large programme environments.
- Experience within public sector or joint venture settings.
- Understanding of labour or supply-chain related fraud risks.
