My client are currently recruiting for a Asset Manager. They are a privately-owned commercial developer and investor operating across the South of England.
 
They currently develop and transforms industrial & logistics, office and urban mixed-use schemes across the south.
 
The business holds a core portfolio of assets generating income to cover business overheads and to deliver a base level of return and an 'active portfolio' with capital recycled through development and value-add style projects to generate higher returns.
 
 
You will:
 
·Develop a detailed understanding of the property portfolio and our customers.
·Build and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders that support our strategy.
·Proactively manage properties you are responsible for including management of property managers, vacancies, lease events and landlord and tenant matters.
·To undertake market research projects and present findings to the team.
·Oversee planning applications and manage refurbishment projects.
·Be responsible for managing and updating the property database, anticipating tenancy events.
 
Skills & Experience:
 
·MRICS qualified
·Minimum 2 years PQE  
·Commercial Asset Management experience
·Knowledge and Experience of Landlord and Tenant Matters
·Experience of Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
