Are you an Estates Surveyor within a commutable distance of Wakefield?
 
If so this role could be for you.
 
My client is a consultancy that supports local authorities with the management of their corporate and operational property portfolio.
 
They are looking for someone that is proficient in the following to join them on an interim basis:
 
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Disposals
- Acquisitions
- Strategic asset management planning
 
In order to secure this role you must have experience in delivering the above within a public sector setting and be a member of the RICS.
