What will you do?
The Asset Management Strategic Lead is responsible for co-ordination of the council's housing (HRA) Stock Condition Survey programme and management of the inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. The Strategic Lead will, coordinate and manage the contractor to deliver the Stock Condition Surveys.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Educated to degree level or equivalent in estate/asset management, building surveying, and/or project management.
·Professional Member of the RICS (General Practice) or equivalent desired
·Excellent understanding of residential Stock Condition Surveys and HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System)
·Experience in residential housing compliance, governance, and policy initiatives.
·Clear leadership skills demonstrated by successful delivery through enabling multiple teams to their best performance.
