We are currently seeking a freelance AB12 Foreman for an assignment to lead and oversee the traffic management aspects of a critical highways project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of the project, prioritizing safety, and delivering results within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Traffic Management Expertise: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of AB12 construction methods and traffic management protocols to oversee and coordinate all activities related to traffic control.
2.Freelance Leadership: Provide effective leadership to a dynamic construction team on a freelance basis, ensuring tasks align with project specifications and adhere to safety regulations.
3.Planning and Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers to plan and coordinate daily activities, optimizing the allocation of resources to meet project milestones.
4.Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a robust safety culture on-site, ensuring all traffic management activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
5.Communication: Maintain clear communication channels between team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and prompt resolution of any issues.
6.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges related to traffic management promptly, making informed decisions to keep the project on schedule.
7.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any incidents, providing timely updates to project management.

Requirements:
1.Proven experience as an AB12 Foreman with a focus on traffic management in highway construction projects.
2.In-depth knowledge of AB12 construction methods, traffic management techniques, and safety protocols.
3.Strong leadership and organizational skills, especially in a freelance capacity.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5.Ability to interpret project plans and specifications related to traffic management.
6.Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction and traffic management industry.
7.Relevant certifications and qualifications.
