An opportunity has arisen for a Transport Manager / Team Leader with experience in Transport Policy and Transport Planning to join a client in East London. Working on a number of sustainable transport projects your main duties include managing a team of transport professionals, shaping the client's transport strategy, delivering a range of transport infrastructure schemes and overseeing the School Streets / Low Traffic Neighbourhoods / Liveable Neighbourhoods programmes.
 
This is a full-time position. The salary on offer is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements / working from home options are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Delivering a range of walking, cycling and other active travel projects across the area
·Managing and leading a team of transport professionals
·Shaping the client's transport strategy and the transport delivery plans
·Overseeing the School Streets / Low Traffic Neighbourhoods / Liveable Neighbourhoods programmes
