Role: Trainee Water Sampler -Must have clean Driving Licence
Location: Based in Wakefield but travelling to various water sites.
Rate:  £12.75 per hour umbrella or Ltd per hour
Hours: 40 hour week with overtime available
Duration: 3 months +
Start date: ASAP
 
Our client are a leading provider of wastewater services.  They are dedicated to improving the quality of the quality of the water in their local area.  With that in mind they are looking for a Water Quality Sampling Technician to cover the Yorkshire area.
 
The role requires a clean Driving Licence and a keen scientific interest.  You may come from a Chemistry or Microbiology degree background or possibly have a demonstrable scientific background.

Having  a CSCS card would be an advantage.
 
This role involves going to various wastewater treatment works, taking samples of the outflow going back into the environment, sending those samples to the lab and helping deliver reports.
 
This role offers potential progression into further fields within the industry.
 
They provide a company van and are paying between £12.75 per hour on either an Umbrella or Ltd company basis.
 
The role is a 40 hour week with overtime available - the working week is Thursday to Monday, the contract is for an initial 3 months with the possibility of being extended
