Town Planning Validations Officer
Fully Remote
Up to £25p/h
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Town Planning Validations Officer on an initial 6-month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Planning Team in the role of Validations Officer. You will be tasked with validating a mixture of minor and major applications. This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having complete control over their own work. The authority are offering a completely flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.
 
Local authority validations experience is a must. Experience on Uniform is also key.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £25p/h depending on experience.
