Key Responsibilities:
As a Town Planner, you will play a vital role in our consultancy, including:
Collaborating on a wide range of planning projects, from residential and commercial to mixed-use developments.
Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and support documents.
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Offering expert advice on planning policy, regulations, and development potential.
Staying updated with industry trends and regulations to provide the best guidance to clients.
 
To thrive in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
Excellent project management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience working in a planning consultancy is a plus.
