Salary: £45-50k
Location: High Wycombe
My client are a market leading Surfacing and Civil Engineering company, delivering sustainable services from asphalt surfacing and car parks to new access paths and drainage works, and are looking for a Project Manager to support the South East region following a period of expansion.
They're looking for a Project Manager with Surfacing experience to support sites in and around the High Wycombe/South-East area.
The team has over 80 years of experience combined and are a dynamic company with up to date plant and machinery equipment and opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
Day to day responsibilities:
-Overseeing project quality control
-Lead and develop a team to deliver objectives safely and securely to meet operational plans
-Developing contingency plans as necessary throughout the project
-Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to and promoted on site
-Provide accurate RAMS to delegate to supervisors
-Motivating workforce to achieve high performance levels
-Liaising with commercial team to produce monthly valuations and cost reports
-Develop and maintain good customer and client relationships
Requirements:
-5 years' experience within the surfacing industry and experience in project management
-Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel between sites within the region
-A degree qualification or equivalent
-High standards of technical knowledge of surfacing and industry regulations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and manage team
-Proactive attitude and willingness to develop within the role
-Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
