  • Ensure that all work adheres to strict health and safety regulations, minimising risks and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Oversee the preparation of project reports, records, and documentation as required.

What you will need:
- A strong background in highways work, with a focus on project management and engineering.
- Previous experience in an engineering role within the construction or highways industry.
- Proficiency in setting out and surveying.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites within Dorset.
