Structures Project Manager
 
Salary- £65,000-70,000
 
The framework will see us firmly invest in the region through to 2025 and beyond, so we are looking for a talented Project Manager to assist us in the Detailed Design/ECI phase on several of these schemes and then moving from detailed design into construction from 2022. The projects range from construction of new dual carriageways, roundabouts, junction improvements and interchanges with a series of structures all delivered in partnership with Highways England.

Your responsibilities-
 
·Engage with design teams to help deliver the project effectively.
·Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is kept to budget and submissions are being prepared/submitted on time.
·Ensure that the principles of CDM are applied and relevant legislation.
·working closely with site teams to make sure delivery is done efficiently and safely.
·Interview, select and onboard staff in line with the resource profile for the Scheme;
·With the support of the Commercial Team ensure the selection and timely appointment of the best Supply Chain partners
·Ensure all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements are discharged prior to work commencing.
·Plan and prepare for delivery of the Scheme throughout the project lifecycle.
·Ensure a Temporary Works Coordinator is appointed and ensure all Temporary Works requirements are understood, designed and implemented in a timely manner.
·Ensure a Utility Service Coordinator is appointed and that all company permit to work systems are followed.
 
Required-
·Highways project delivery experience.
·4-5 years minimum project management experience.
·SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safety
·Degree in Civil Engineering or related subject.
