An opportunity has arisen for a Streetworks / NRSWA Officer to join a client in London. Your main duties include inspecting the work carried out by utility & highways contractors, coordinating and issuing permits for the works across the area, assessing traffic management plans and ensuring all works are compliant with the legislation. Further duties include section 81 inspections, customer complaints resolutions, core sampling and defect inspection.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £24 - £28 per hour + expenses - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working and working from home options are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Carrying out highway and streetworks inspections across the area
·Coordinating projects and issuing permits for works across the area
·Ensuring all works are compliant with the legislation
·Assessing traffic management plans
