Job description
A South London local authority are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Lead to support their work across Housing Needs, Private Sector Housing and Partnerships. The postholder will provide strong strategic and operational leadership to teams responsible for homelessness prevention, private rented sector standards, and housing-related support. Management responsibilities will include driving performance, enhancing service effectiveness, and ensuring statutory duties are met.
A key priority for this role is to reset and rebuild partnership relationships between the authority and voluntary and community sector partners.
