Immediate requirement for a Site Manager for long term Civils and Infrastructure works in Manchester for a UK contractor.
 
As a Site Manager you will hold experience with a blend of civils and surfacing knowledge required here.
 
The project will involve landscaping, drainage, street lighting, piling and a new footbridge.

Duties:
·Write and brief RAMS 
·Update CMP/EMP 
·Start of task/daily briefings 
·Tool box talks 
·Ordering materials 
·Daily dairy / allocation records 
·Site costing 
·Progress reports (weekly & monthly) 
·Administer the NEC contract (EW/CE's) 
·Work to the construction programme
·Pedestrian & canal boat management  
·Tool box talks 
·Hazard reporting 
·COSHH 
·LOLER & PUWER registers 
 
You must be able to manage sub contractors and self delivery teams. As a Site Manager you will also report to the contracts manager on a daily basis with 1/2 visits a week. 

It is preferred that you also hold a Temporary work's coordinator ticket with this Site Manager position.
