Site Engineer - Motorway Civil Engineering (OUTSIDE IR35)

What we need:
We are a leading civil engineering agency seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality civil engineering works on motorways, with a focus on constructing Emergency Refuse Areas (ERAs). The scope of work includes Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS), surfacing, kerbing, and some structures work.

What you will do:
·Execute civil engineering works on motorways, specializing in ERA construction.
·Oversee VRS installation, surfacing, kerbing, drainage, earthworks and structures.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
·Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.

What you will need:
·Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
·Proven experience in motorway construction, specifically in ERA development.
·Strong knowledge of VRS, surfacing, kerbing, and structures work.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·Health and Safety certification.
