Site Agent - Thames Water
Location: Thames
Salary: Up to £65,000 p/a plus package

You'll take charge of key clean and wastewater schemes as our Site Agent, overseeing all aspects of site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Who you'll be joining.
You'll become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking business specialising in water, wastewater and civil engineering works. As a Site Agent, you'll lead delivery on one of the organisation's most high-profile contracts, supported by experienced colleagues and a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing.
·You will manage all daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, highways and client requirements.
·You will carry out monthly audits and inspections to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
·You will liaise with clients, customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and strong working relationships.
·You will coordinate with local authorities to secure street works permits and maintain regulatory compliance.
·You will plan and oversee temporary traffic management measures to minimise disruption and ensure safety.
·You will lead, mentor and motivate your site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
What you'll bring.
·Supervisor Street Works (NRSWA), SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely certifications.
·Experience in sewer rehabilitation (lining/patching) or wider wastewater/civil engineering works.
·Proven ability to plan and deliver temporary traffic management safely and efficiently.
·Strong understanding of CDM and health & safety legislation.
·Skilled in programming, scheduling and managing multiple priorities.
·Confident leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.
·Full UK driving licence.
