​Chas is a Senior Consultant in the water recruitment team with a focus on permanent recruitment within the water sector. He works with SMEs through to multinational organisations including water utility companies, mainframe contractors, sub-contractors, design / environmental consultancies, and survey companies. He helps his clients grow and develop their teams and takes a proactive and collaborative approach, enabling him to act in an advisory capacity providing talent market insights as well as a range of recruitment solutions.

 

Before joining Carrington West, Chas has worked for a UK based technical recruiter with responsibility for multi-utilities infrastructure. Here he gained 5 more years recruitment experience and successfully ran a 360-desk focusing on permanent placements for his clients and candidates.

 In his spare time Chas is very social, likes to meet with friends and eating in restaurants. He also plays a lot of tennis, follows football, and tries his best playing golf.
