Are you a Site Agent with experience working on building envelope packages, such as RC foundations and steel work cladding?

Location: Chipping Warden
Duration: 6mths rolling (2 years worth of work)
Rate: £500 - £550/day
IR35: Inside via umbrella company

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Site Agent with building envelope experience, particularly with cladding and building foundations, to oversee building assets on HS2, from inception through to delivery.

As Site Agent, you will maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors to ensure they are delivering works to scope and on time, whilst working closely with asset delivery, technical and commercial teams to make sure successful delivery of works.

Requirements:

• Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering
• Experience managing building envelope packages (roofing, cladding, RC), preferably on major projects.
• Experience of managing subcontractors.
• Valid CSCS and SMSTS certs.
