Job Title: Site Agent - Highways
Location: Didcot  
Salary: up to £60,000
 
Description:
 
Seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major Highways development in Oxfordshire. Opportunity to manage resources, support project delivery, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Manage site engineers and support project manager
- Allocate resources and oversee the construction phase
- Liaise with the planning department for accurate data
- Monitor contracts and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in site meetings and maintain records
- Assist with quality and environmental plans
 
Requirements:
 
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Pre-construction experience and structures experience
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Proficiency in NEC contracts and AutoCAD
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications
