My local authority client based in Sussex, is currently seeking an experience planning officer/consultant to join their DM Team at Senior level for an initial 3-month contract.
 
My client requires a Town Planner with recent local authority planning experience and the ability to hit the ground running in picking up their own caseload, which will consist of a mixture of application types.
 
This role can be worked almost solely from home if preferable, with the only need to attend the area for site visits when needed.
 
It would be beneficial to hold a RTPI accredited Planning Degree or equivalent Planning qualification and/or have experience in a similar position.

Carrington West Pay Rate - £35-42 per hour (there may be some flexibility on this)
