Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Town Planning Officer on a permanent contract.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Planning Officer.
 
You will be tasked with working on mixed caseload of minor applications.
 
This be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy company whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload of local authority work.
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.  
 
Development Management experience in a local authority of more than two years is a must
