Senior Planner
Gloucestershire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £47,000 DOE
An established and highly regarded, family-owned property development and strategic land consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to support the continued growth of their team.

The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will play an integral role in the delivery of planning projects, working closely with the land and planning teams from early-stage site identification through to securing planning permission. This position offers excellent exposure to both strategic land promotion and immediate development opportunities, including larger and more complex residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
·Support the promotion of strategic land opportunities alongside the land team
·Prepare, submit, and manage a range of planning applications
·Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups
·Provide clear and commercially focused planning advice
·Assist in progressing sites through all stages of the planning process
About You
·Previous experience in a planning role (typically 1-2+ years)
·MRTPI qualified or actively working towards chartership
·Strong understanding of the UK planning system
·Experience within residential development or strategic land is beneficial
·A proactive and organised approach, with strong communication skills
