Job Title: Experienced Town Planner

Location: London, United Kingdom

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time office based

We are working with a growing engineering and architecture consultancy in London who are looking for an experienced town planner to come in as a the sole town planner to assist their architecture team with master planning projects. The right candidate will be willing to come in to the office 5 days a week, hit the ground running and be a sole planner to lead the projects and provide guidance to the other teams.

Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage master planning projects
·Provide strategic advice to clients
·Ensure regulatory compliance
·Support the architecture team
·Build and maintain client relationships
·Prepare reports and documentation

Qualifications:
·Must be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
·Minimum 5 years experience
·Strong communication skills
·Ability to work independently and help lead a team
·Experience within larger developments
·Client base to bring along desired and paid commission
