Job Title: Senior/Principal Town Planner

Location: Kent

Experience: 3 years minimum

We are working with a private consultancy who are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their team in Kent. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of town planning experience, ideally being chartered and hold a full UK driving license.

Requirements:
·Minimum 3 years experience across both the private and public sectors.
·RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or other related field.
·Full RTPI membership or equivalent is desired
·Valid driving license

Responsibilities:
·Lead planning projects from start to finish.
·Prepare and submit planning applications.
·Engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
·Stay updated on planning policies.

Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience with a yearly performance bonus
