This is a genuinely flexible, home-based Senior Estimator role, offering the chance to play a pivotal part in delivering long-term water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK without the daily commute. From day one, you'll have the autonomy, trust and flexibility to manage your workload remotely, while still being closely connected to a high-performing delivery team.
The Opportunity
Across UK infrastructure, the challenge is no longer just maintenance, it's renewal, resilience and reinvention. This role sits at the heart of that mission.
You'll join a well-established water and wastewater capital delivery team, supporting major programmes designed to safeguard water supply, protect the environment and future-proof critical assets. Whether pricing single projects or framework packages, your work will directly influence commercial outcomes and long-term infrastructure performance.
This is a role for someone who wants impact, flexibility and progression, all in one.

·Ensuring subcontractor terms align with client requirements, assessing any deviations
·Managing and prioritising workloads to meet demanding programme deadlines
·Influencing key stakeholders across commercial, operational and client teams
·Identifying opportunities to improve estimating processes and performance
What You'll Bring
·Essential experience in the water industry, ideally across both clean and wastewater
·Background in estimating for capital projects or utility frameworks
·Strong commercial and contractual awareness
·Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
·Confidence managing workloads in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change
·Experience leading or supporting estimating teams
·Degree qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost & Planning or similar (preferred)
Benefits
Alongside the flexibility of full-time remote working, you'll receive a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, including:
·Company car and fuel card (EV and hybrid options available)
·Salary sacrifice EV / hybrid car scheme
·Private healthcare for you and your family
·Healthcare Cash Plan (dental, eyecare, physiotherapy and more)
