Senior/Principal Planning Officer
£45 p/h Umbrella
3-month contract
Remote working - site visits required
 
We are working closely with our North-West based client who is looking for a Senior/Principal level planner to join the busy DM team on a initial 3-month contract. The area has plenty of interesting developments and regeneration projects going on that you will be involved with.
 
Ideally, the council are looking for someone who can deal with major applications, has experience in a wide range of schemes ideally including EIA development, experience of dealing with PPAs and leading on complex pre application advice.
 
Remote working is available in this role but you will be required to visit sites on occasion.
