Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a national highways contractor on a contract basis to start immediately.
 
Our client's offices are based in Peterborough and we require someone to be within an hours commute due to the nature of the works.
 
With a mix of in-office working and working from home we require someone who has experience with commercial management on highways related works, covering the below duties:
 
·Cost and Value management
·Assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts
·Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information
·Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
·Subcontract procurement and management
·Assist with control of project documentation
·Recording and assisting with management of change
·Adherence to company policies and procedures
·Ad hoc duties as job requires
