My client are expanding our Project Management Team to build on its ongoing success, working in an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy on rich and varied projects. The team are seeking a passionate and focused Project Manager who is looking to progress their career, who has a desire and ability to help us further grow our business, whilst working in a supportive team within the recently relocated and refurbished Birmingham office, but also in the Project Management discipline across the business nationwide.

Roles and responsibilities:
·Developing and building high performing teams
·Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages
·Developing and managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
·Identifying strategies and solutions that deliver successful outcomes for clients
·Identifying opportunities to innovate the services, through technology or processes
·Raising the companies profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networking
·Providing quality deliverables either personally or through team management
·Demonstrating leadership qualities to our colleagues, clients and delivery partners
Experience and skills required:
·An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience
·Ideally chartered, progressing to, or considering chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB,
·Significant experience in a construction, design and build project management role
·Significant construction consultancy project management experience or experience of working with construction consultants
·The ability to lead projects and develop long-lasting client relationships, with autonomy
·The ability to set up and drive new projects from inception, including the early stages strategising and team building, to on site delivery, completion and handover
·Exceptional communication and reporting, incorporating the use of MS Office, MS Project and/or alternative scheduling software

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams to complete projects successfully.
