Senior DM Planning Officer
3-month contract
£30-£40 p/h umbrella
 
I am working closely with my LPA client in London and assisting in their recruitment for an interim Senior Planning Officer.
 
A retirement within the team has opened up a position for an experienced Senior Planner on an interim contract. Recent experience in the same role within a LPA is mandatory.
 
Caseload of predominantly complex minor and small major applications. Some smaller-scale cases may also be your responsibility at times.
 
You must be comfortable carrying out site visits and writing reports. Site visits are likely to be required once every week, although you can attend the office and carry out visits as often as you like / see fit.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
