My Southwest based Local Authority client are recruiting for an experienced Senior Planning Officer (Development Management) on an initial 6-month contract. This is a part time (Approx. 22hours per/week) contract.
 
The applicant will be required to deal with a caseload of planning applications including  Householder applications, Minor applications, discharge of conditions; not an exhaustive list.
 
The role is remote-based, with office presence preferred on a weekly basis but the LPA are relaxed and able to reduce this for candidates who live further away but possess right experience levels.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £45 per/hour
