Senior DM Planning Officer
4+ month Contract

£30-£35 per hour (Inside IR35)
 
We are assisting our Local Planning Authority client based in Kent in their search for a Senior Development Management Planning Officer on an initial 4-month contract.
 
This role will be responsible for dealing with the backlog of small to medium applications and associated pre-application work.
 
The authority are happy to facilitate remote working as officers are currently working fully from home, with extremely limited site visits required.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
